  I use KeepassXC for all my TOPT, passwords, passkeys along with the Chrome extension. Note that GitHub supports Chrome Password Manager's passkeys, but not KeepassXC's (I havent encountered other cases). I also use the Android KeepassDX, but using is it more difficult. The sync story is worse that Google or Apple ecosystems; I set up Google Drive as backup for the Desktop version and pull a fresh version to my phone from Google Drive when needed
